In January 2023, I made the big move from Chicago to New York City! Hit the ground running with a workshop and mini-tour of a new musical, Dot Dot Dot, written by Keelay Gipson and Sam Salmond, and directed by Jesca Prudencio. I’m working on immersing myself in the culture of new work creation that makes the New York theatre scene so exciting to be a part of.

In addition to auditions and writing applications, I’ve been working as a teaching artist for the wonderful people of TADA! Youth Theatre, prepping an arrangement for the Brooklyn Children’s Theatre Gala honoring Viola Davis, and reestablishing community with new and old friends.

Beyond excited for the new adventure and all the experiences that are going to come with it.
